Return/Refund and Shipping policy
Conpply is always working to serve its customers in the best way possible. However, you can only return items explicitly identified as "returnable" on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period.
1. Products eligible for return/replacement/refund:
As a registered customer, if you receive any product that falls under below mentioned specific categories, only in such cases you will be eligible to opt for a return or a replacement.
Wrong Product delivered- Significantly different from its description on the product detail page on www.conpply.com
Defective item- which includes (1) defective manufacture; (2) defective design; (3) missing components;
Damaged Item delivered - When the products or parts of the products which are delivered are physically damaged.
However, the products will not be eligible for return/ replacement if the same is damaged due to Customer’s negligence.
2. Return window period:
All registered customers are expected to raise return or replacement requests within the time period of 48 hours i.e., the return window period after the product is delivered. After the expiry of the return window period after the delivery of the product, any request for return or replacement will not be entertained.
3. REFUND REQUEST:
In case a customer opts for refund while creating a return request, the seller will be intimated and a pickup arrangement would be initiated. Once the order is picked up and received by the seller, the product would undergo thorough quality checks, the refund process will be initiated after the seller finds it valid for return after thorough quality checks. It will hence take approximately 4-5 business days for the refund after the product is returned to the seller.
All refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days after the product has been received by the seller. Please note that, depending on the bank, it might take longer for the amount to get credited to your account. Please get in touch with your Bank for further details.
4. REPLACEMENT:
In case a customer opts for replacement while creating a return request for an order, the replacement process will be initiated after the seller receives the returned product and finds it valid for replacement. It will hence take approximately 4-5 business days for the replacement product to get shipped. This might vary based on stock availability at the seller’s end.
For any returns or replacement, the customer must ensure that products are kept in original condition and with invoice documents.

All orders are processed within 5-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/whatsapp, once your order has shipped.
